    Very Impressive. Even though you may be very good at the flat bench press, I wouldn’t compete. Who needs fame as long as you know you can do it. Whats your next goal, 405 for 22 reps. gonna take a little time

    not much..i’ve competed in bodyweight on the bar, and 225lbs bench press competition but that’s it, it’s a hard haul and you have to be dedicated to the cause because I know the lighter my body weight gets the less I can max, so i’d have to stay on it.. this is just a fun hobby for me that started 13 years ago and have turned into some decent numbers for me…bodybuilding definately isn’t for me, but they do have natural organizations out here..i won’t say never but i don’t think i will.

    I’ll have to look up the return to normal size, vitamin c and tylenol, you can do without roid, but can you live without vitamin C ask the early sailors that suffered from scurvy.

    lol your nuts return to normal size after the cycle, and your organs may get damaged, there are no guarantees. Ever looked up the side effects of vitamin c, tylenol or other things you’ve probably used many times before. Bad news right there.

    good lift. If I had a guy in plaid shorts spotting me I wouldve gotten the last rep too. The most ive done is 315×15 and 350×10 at 224lbs but im only 5′10″ Youre a beast

    Wow excellent tips man I’m going to have a video up of me pretty soon trying to push 275 a couple of times. Hopefully i can do 315 by the end of the summer…but good tips man thanks alot im going to put them to good use!

    sure Morenito21. 1. always work your total body. Legs are very important to your overall development. 2. work your back very hard because your back muscles provide the push along with your deltoids and triceps. 3. work your triceps more than your bicep because it’s a bigger muscle and it’ll give you better circumference when you measure, and have a good diet that gives you protein and good fats like omega 3’s. 4. Have fun and never short change your body.

    Wow crazy **** dude……….made that 315 look like 135…good **** man. I’m at 190pds and I bench 275…any tips for me to get to 315? Even if I can just lift it once…lol

    Uh, Andre is proof that even in your late 30s you can be a strong **** without using prohormones, steroids, or even creatine. By your logic testosterone occurs naturally in the body so injecting a little extra won’t hurt. Creatine doesn’t have the bad side effects that prohormones and steroids do, but dre just eats, lifts, and knows how to not to over train.
