Honest Truth About Abs
Perhaps, it all depends on the persons capabilities and what sport they are pursuing, a power lifter will need a week or more to recover after a heavy set of dead lifts or squats. I can’t even imagine how long it would take me to recover after doing a Ronnie Coleman style workout steroids or not. If you stick to a moderate weight with sets of 10-12 reps I don’t see why 7 days wouldn’t be ample time to recover.

Combat Core Strength
Genetics: I disagree, the longer and harder someone trains, the more stress they add to their body. Due to the extra stress put on the body by an experienced lifter, they need MORE time off than a beginner.

I never said that it did change that it did change that face I even agreed with you, it does however effect the bodies ability to recover which is extremely important to growth.

None of what you just brought up changes the fact that neuromuscular efficiency increases as progressive loads are imposed upon the body. Also, the notion that explosive lifting utilises more muscle fibres is a myth. It involves more muscle via bodyparts entering the equation which otherwise wouldnt be part of the lift, ie the lower back entering a barbell curl, but doesnt change the number of fibres activated within the target muscle group.
I suggest you further your knowledge

Turbulence Training Workout
Naturally there shouldn’t be more than necessary body fat percentages, it gets cold you get more fat, hot you loose fat.(I’m not against bulking.)
Alright, sounds reasonable, would you have a beginner dead lift because it recruits almost all of the body? Would you have the lift explosively and recruit more muscle fibers? Or would you do I simple isolation split? Are you taking into account the vast genetics diversity of humanity? Nutrition? Natural test levels?

No it isnt – were ‘natural surplus’ an oxymoron, how would you describe bodyfat?
Also, nowhere did I say a weak neurological connection will exhaust the CNS faster – I stated that weak connections to the muscles mean reduced fibre recruitment, therefore lower demands on the CNS.
Judging from your comeback, yes I’d say your common sense has failed you – due to the fact that the ’sense’ of which is ‘common’ amongst bodybuilding trainees is often way short of the facts.

Combat Core Strength
Unused surplus? Is that your explanation for beginner gains? Natural surplus is an oxymoron.
You get better at any sport as your body begins to adapt to the stresses of that sport, and wouldn’t a weaker connection to the CNS mean that it got exhausted faster? Or is common sense failing me?

Weightloss – A different approach
Wrong.
You’ll actually find that due to an unused surplus of recovery ability, a rank beginner can train far more frequently than an experienced trainee. Add to this fact that a beginner wont be very strong anyway due to having a weaker neurological connection with their muscles, little inroad will initially be made into the CNS, even when training is percieved as being ‘hard’.

It depends on how long the person without anabolic assistance has been training. If you’re an absolute beginner you should not be training 5 times a week, as your CNS adapts to the the routine then you can up the frequency.

man… i work out 5 days x week and i rest only in the weekend. using a pro body builder workout… i’m 210 pounds of muscle and i’m growing fast. i don’t use roids only proteins and fats…. you don’t need roid to grow. you need to work hard and intense…. people go to the gym for *****… maybe you too….. but a lot of people no…….. the work hard like me and grow, grow and grow fast……..

yesm: no I dont think u fully understand that the body needs to recover. training intensely 5 days a week or more will never get anyone big without roids. So sorry, the more they train the more they overtrain & need roids to speed up their recovery. Guys like this have pushed more people away from the sport than they attract. Every gym rat who trains like these guys but doesn’t roid, like these guys rarely gets big and usually gives up. Perfect form? LOL Branch doesnt do good form.
