An Ultra-brief & Ultra-intense Workout
Love the concept of a full workout in a short amount of time. Fulls sets are demonstrated, not just suggested to keep time short. With short time frames, it’s easy to mix-n-match routines to get a longer workout, or to just make better use of a 5-minute smoke break. Some video edits interrupt the flow of the routine, but the workout is excellent overall and it’s FREE, which is appreciated!

i know what you mean im the same age as you also and been having the same problem the beach bum work out with arms help also you really feel the burn with them and 5 minute arms with the black lady also helps. i wish you luck! beacuse i know how hard it is i’ve been excercising every summer trying to keep my weight down and im having strong feelings that im going to make it this year. well like i said good luck and i hope you have a awesome year.

Honest Truth About Abs
Well I’m 15 years old I I just finished loosing the weight I needed to loose because i was overweight and now I’m left with loose skin that is retractable,of course. One of my target parts of my body that I’m focused on is my arms. And i started it this morning and did 5 minutes tonight and i already feel the difference, thank you so much :]
