    I like to look at diff vids and mix them all together to make an advanced workout.

    1. Crunches with 25 lbs behing neck.
    2. Leg raises.
    3. Knee raises.
    4. Alternating push throughs.
    5. Bycycles.
    Do 4 times in a row each day.
    If u wanna get more out of it do 2 sets of 4 each day.
    Eat high protein foods. Nutrition is key.

    i hear working out frequently isnt effect because it doesnt give your muscles time to relax and form into what you want…is this true so should you have like a days rest or somethind and do it the next day over
