Bench Press?

I’ve hit a brick wall with my bench press. I can press 4 reps of 120kg (265lbs). I haven’t progressed much lately. Any pointers on how to improve it?

    265 is AWESOME!!! But if you want to improve, try doing 6 sets of 6 reps with about 100kg. Take a full 2 seconds to raise the weight and a full 4 seconds to lower the weight. Rest for 90-120 seconds between sets.

    sarge is giving you good advice . there are few other solutions too. general thing you surely know like you need to be sure your diet and protein intake ratio is OK . 2.2gr/per kg is optimum intake you need to have in order to raise your mass and strength. I had hard times with this until I started with advancement strategy from now already 4 times to break this plateau walls we are running in to . (this is advancement sign by the way ) but it feels much better when you hit over it . I had my bench stand by on 115kg and it took me 3 weeks to get to 122.5kg. this was in December . I m now at 137.5 kg on 4 reps positive failure . just do it man , all the best
