if your lifting heavy enough then you only need bench once per week. i only do bench once per week to give my body maximum time for recovery. just keep trying to lift heavier and heavier in the low rep range (4-12)

but instead of working your chest throughout the week you should bench press and work your chest with dumbells on the same day and not work your chest again for a few days or until next week …this should help you get the best results just dont forget about weight sets and repetitions
