Bench Press?

I dont have a bench press but my friend does…i do other exercises for my chest with dumbells throughout the week but if i do bench press once a week will i see results in toning my chest?

    if your lifting heavy enough then you only need bench once per week. i only do bench once per week to give my body maximum time for recovery. just keep trying to lift heavier and heavier in the low rep range (4-12)
