    regret it!!! I suggest ppl start
    weight training when there atleast
    18, when there finish growing. or else
    you’ll be looking like a midget with

    yes it is true.you should not pick heavy weight’s until ur atleast 20 years old or else it could damage a special cord placed in your back which would result in you staying short

    barbell is more ergonomical and easier, but with dumbbells you work out without synergy and it’s harder.

    So dumbbells have the upper hand
