    Wow… 13… you wont see any real improvement, until your in mid high school, you wont have to work so hard for muscle. Just be fine with the way you are, no one is gonna judge a 13 year old kid if he doesn’t have a six pack.

    I don’t think you need a six pack that young.. It will be hard and the exercise could really stunt your growth. But if its really necessary you could probably get a 4-6 pack by September by doing the following:
    - 100 – 200 situps per day.
    - eat healthy and drink plenty of water.
    This should really help but it could stunt your growth if you work too hard. Also.. if you are any good at push ups that will help with the 6 pack and even get your some arm muscle. Good Luck!

    Its going to be almost impossible. Start with situps, leg raises, and some type of cardio like running to lower bf.

    I have one! =D I’m fourteeen. What I do is watch what I eat a little but the big secret I use is from this workout video program called P90X. The CD is called “ab ripper” and it’s amazing, you can really feel it working!!!

    Dude having a six-pack won’t help you get laid very much. Plenty of people have a six-pack.

    But anyways… everybody has perfect six-pack abs, there’s just a layer of fat over the muscle. Lose that fat, and the six-pack will show. Do a lot of cardio, and a lot of abdominal workouts. Look up “bicycle crunches”. They work awesome.

    Also, don’t forget to work out your obliques (the muscles on your lower sides, look it up if you don’t know what i’m talking about).

    There is so much BS going around about how to get six pack abs. Some is decent advice, most of it is rubbish. If you want great looking abs, you need to focus on a LOT more than just training the abs directly. Let’s talk about fat loss, the MOST important thing for getting your abs visible.

    The most important thing for fat loss, is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over processing of food that makes it bad for you, and makes it totally destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body. For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains. Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole food like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst thing in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth. The point is to not fall for some gimmick like low carbs, low fat, high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another. Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs.
