    If you’re doing those a lot,good.
    Sit ups?
    Get a medicine ball, those heavy ones, (or just a weight) about 10 lbs and hold them while you do sit ups. And you can UP the weight too as you get stronger.
    Get a weight about ten pounds, and hold it in both of your hands above your stomach, but don’t let it rest on your “future six-pack.” Sit on your bum, take your legs off the ground (a V-sit), and your upper body should be off the ground too. Then twist your arms from one side of your body to the next.
    That seemed to do some good for me.
    I also did… leg raises, the bridge (where you are kind of in a push up position, but youre resting on your forearms and toes too), bicycle crunches (obliques), jack knife… yada yada yada.

    Also, conditioning your body can get rid of excess fat which is the main reason why you can’t see your ripped muscles as ripped as they are underneath.

    i would suggest pilates.
    most people dont enjoy classic cruches or sit up because it hurts, and afterwards your stomach hurts.
    pilates are easy…you might not think its helping but it is.
    i suggest winsor pilates. its what the celebrities use.
    like danny glover and supermodels.
    also yoga helps.
