    im 16 and i only weigh 106 so i could start when ever….i’ll get a six pack easily

    around 2 weeks
    if u do them morning and night
    in 1 or two week u should have a 6pack.
    you know im 12 yrs old and im doing each day 130 workouts on my dads abs machine and lift with my let and right arm 8Lbs. 115 time..the trick is not to do them all in a row make 30 one side 30 the other than go to abs and keep going like that. Good Luck!!
