    I have been working so hard to get a six pack. I have a very very faint set. I have worked on them for maybe more than a half a year and I still can not achieve a nice six pack. I dont know if its growing fat or whatever its called, but there is a thin layer of skin, or “fat” that I have been told it is growing fat. I have done various crunches and working so hard on them to get them harder and flashier. All I need to know is a guaranteed system that will help a kid in high school like me achieve a nice six pack. I would like to know if i can get the pack maybe through the course of the summer, because i am really dedicated. I know this is kind of a weird question to ask, but I have no where else to ask. Help is greatly appreciated.

    I have been offered to do some male modeling. I’m in good shape, run a 5:30 mile, play hockey, and lacrosse, however i need to chisel away a minor layer of fat in my mid section. Any dietary or exercises to recommend. Essentially what do I need to get my body fat % below or equal to 10% safely, without starving myself, and how do i do it.     Hello fellow Yahoo-Answerers!

    Here is some random information. I am 17, male, 150 lbs. I am not sure of my exact fat percentage although I am sure it is <18. 15-18 I would say. Currently my goal is to get six pack abs.

    Every day I have been eating 1300-1600 calories total. Drinking the recommended 8 cups of water or more. Been eating small meals all day. I workout almost every day hitting every muscle group a couple times a week. Every other day I am doing a couple hundred crunches, and some leg raises, and some bicycle crunches.

    I plan to add in SOME cardio. Although I am sure my pushups, bench pressing / lifting burns a fair amount of calories.

    Is my current plan going to eventually lead to a six pack? Any suggestions on what I should add to it?
